Ta Hwa Institute of Technology

We pretty much drink this stuff everyday. Coco is our best friend (for drinks) in this desolate area! I've already tried so many different flavors of drink. This is 奶蓋紅茶. The white foamy stuff on top is a cheesy topping. Kinda salty. It's actually really good if you mix it together! :0

This was also delicious! I love how they feed us here in the office where we work! :) Yay! Food & Drinks! 仙草奶茶

Fresh mangoes! OMG, there are so good! So sweet! Taiwan mangoes are the best! They also fed this to us! :)

This is the school's cafeteria lunch. Basically you get four small sides and one main dish. Which is that piece of fried chicken. It's 50 NT which is roughly about $2.00! And you get a 仙草drink too.

Some Malaysians that also live in our dorms took us out to eat. (More like we rode our bikes and they rode their mopeds.) I got a 牛肉麵, and you can see some 水煎in the back. Pretty gooood!

We had to go to this reporter meeting for a famous golfer. I'm not sure why WE had to go. I guess we were reppin' Ta Hwa or something. Haha..

That's him! We met a (somewhat) celebrity! Now I wanna meet Jay Chou, please!!!

People that work for Hsinchu County City Hall - 新竹縣市政府

He also autographed some golf balls for us!

Oh yeaaaaaa :)

GAWD this stuff is like HEAVEN in my mouth! This place is called 芒果遇到冰! And this is 芒果雪花冰! 超好吃的!!

Ha... Some reporters came and did some coverage on us while we were doing the 藍染. Blue dye, which is a Hakka Cultural thing to do. They made me do a solo pose with that covering me. Hahahaha. Imma MODEL! :)

Before! We have to use this paste and scrape stencils of flowers and whatnot onto a piece of cloth.

Then we had to dye it at least 3 times for it to be able to come out like this!!!! :) So prettttty! We had a pretty interesting Hakka culture filled day at work!

Stay tuned for more! :)
